Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
200 pieces per style, 50 pieces per color, for frocks, dresses, and t-shirts. Slightly below that? Ask anyway. We answer every serious inquiry, and we would rather discuss your quantity than have you assume the answer is no.
How much does a sample cost and how long does it take?
A sample carries a fee that we adjust against your bulk order. It is ready in about 7 days, plus courier time to your country. The sample cost covers pattern making, fabric, and a machinist's dedicated time, which is why factories charge for samples even when they want your order.
What are your payment terms?
50% advance to begin production and 50% before shipment, by bank transfer (Wise or Payoneer to confirm). For institutional buyers ordering against purchase orders, terms are agreed in writing at order stage. We state terms upfront because surprises at payment stage ruin good working relationships.
Do you ship internationally? To which countries?
Yes. We regularly quote door-to-door delivery to the US, UK, EU, Australia, and the Gulf. Small orders go by courier or air cargo. Larger orders go by sea from Karachi port. Shipping cost estimates are included with your quotation so you see the full landed picture.
Can you source fabric or do I supply it?
Both work. If we source, you get counter samples and fabric prices before we cut anything. Karachi gives us direct access to cotton poplin, lawn, knits, and sheeting. If you supply fabric, send a little extra for cutting allowance, and we confirm consumption per piece at sampling.
How do you control quality?
Five checkpoints: fabric on arrival, cutting against pattern, inline checking during stitching, full piece-by-piece final inspection, and a packing check. You receive photos and measurement reports before shipment. Defects found at inspection are repaired or replaced before shipping, at our cost.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, and we encourage it. We are in Karachi and share the full address on request. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time. If you cannot visit in person, we will do a live video walkthrough of the floor on a video call. A factory that will not show you its floor is telling you something.
Do you sign NDAs and protect designs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before you share designs if you wish. Your designs are not shown to other clients, not photographed for our marketing without permission, and not produced for anyone else. Forty years in this trade runs on reputation; leaking a client's design would cost us far more than it could ever earn.
What happens if there is a defect in my order?
Defects caught at our inspection are fixed before shipping. If a defect reaches you, send photos within a few days of delivery. Genuine production faults are repaired, replaced in the next shipment, or credited, as agreed with you. We put this commitment in writing with every order confirmation.
I am new to manufacturing and do not have a tech pack. Can you still help?
Yes. Send a photo of what you want to make, the fabric you have in mind, and your sizes. We will build the tech pack with you during sampling. Many of our low MOQ clients started exactly this way.
